NEW DELHI, 18th June (PTI) Delhi police have arrested a man for allegedly making an inflammatory speech and inciting young people to protest the Agnipath program here, officials said on Saturday. Police said Surender Sharma, aka Fauji, delivered the alleged speech to a gathering of 50 to 60 agitators during the protest near the gate of the MCD office in Baba Haridas Nagar on Friday morning.
